    Hi
Low voltage I am asumming you mean DC (24) volt
and that red 120 volt AC input voltage
The Equipment that I have been involed with is both European and North american, but both are now beeing combined to make the equipment run.
So to make a long storie shorter. I will be brief
(as in shorts) HA HA .
In North america, Usually yellow wire is asummed to be interlocks from another machine and probabley, live when your main on that panel is disconnected.
also 120 ac is usually considerd red on both sides of the pond.
black is usually 600 volt Ac
blue is usually 24 volts DC positive and Negative
PLEASE FORGIVE MY BAD SPELLING AND GRAMMER ,BUT I MAKE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS FOR A LIVEING ,NOT POST POLITICAL STATEMENTS TO ADVANCE MY CAREER and SELF IMPORTANTANCE

    HOPE this helps
The last bit was directed to the JACKA** ,that I have worked with before,
If any question are not answered please e-mail me at DOCTORDKELLY @AOL.COM I will try to answer any and all questions.(hope I did not scare anyone off?, just P.O.ed at the people I had to convince that a non north american system may work ,but is not the standard here.
